These questions have been carried over from the previous LoLa support site and organised into LoLa app, PC Hub and General sections.
Visit the Downloads page, choose the version for your device and follow the installer prompts. Once installation is complete, open LoLa and sign in with your account details.
Open the LoLa app and sign in using your LoLa account. Select your available Cloud PC, then choose Connect to launch the remote session. If no computer appears, check that the Cloud PC is active in your account or contact support below.
Open the Downloads page on your Android device and choose Android. Follow the current download or store link shown there, then install and open the app.
Sign in to your Cloud PC, open MoonShine and follow the on-screen connection or pairing steps. Keep the host computer online while pairing. If MoonShine cannot see the computer, restart the app and confirm that both the LoLa host service and your internet connection are active.

MoonShine uses a common shortcut prefix to control the stream. On Windows, hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift, then press the action key. On macOS, use Ctrl + Option + Shift. To disconnect, press Q after the shortcut prefix.

Connect the PC Hub to a monitor or screen using an HDMI cable. Connect it to power, then attach your mouse and keyboard by USB. Turn it on and log in to begin.
Connect the PC Hub to your router or network using an Ethernet cable. Connect the Hub to a monitor with HDMI, attach power, then connect your mouse and keyboard by USB. Turn it on and log in.
LoLa PCs are computers configured for remote access through LoLa. Depending on the service, this may be a compatible computer you control or a separately selected LoLa Cloud PC.
A PC Hub is a compact device for accessing your LoLa computer from a monitor, keyboard and mouse. It provides a simple fixed-desk route without requiring a full local PC.
MoonShine is LoLa’s remote-streaming client. It displays and controls the remote Windows computer on your supported device and provides stream controls such as full-screen mode, mouse capture, clipboard sync and statistics.
A Cloud PC is a Windows computer hosted in a data centre and accessed remotely over the internet. It can provide a managed computer when you do not have suitable host hardware locally or need additional capacity for a defined workload.
