Can I play on a phone or tablet?
A supported mobile device can act as the screen and control endpoint while the compatible Windows host runs the game. Test the device, network and input method with your intended title.
Do I need to own the games?
You normally sign in to your own compatible game stores and use games you already own, subject to each publisher and platform’s terms.
Will every game work?
No service should promise that. Anti-cheat systems, launcher rules, controller support and cloud-hosting restrictions can affect compatibility.
What does “from £1 an hour” include?
It refers to the entry hourly Cloud PC route. Final pricing depends on available machines, region, storage, usage and applicable taxes and is shown before purchase.
What affects streaming quality?
Distance to the host PC, Wi-Fi quality, internet congestion, resolution and frame-rate settings all matter. Ethernet or strong 5 GHz/6 GHz Wi-Fi generally gives the best experience.
